In the end, I was disappointed when I opened it. The box showed up crushed, poorly taped, and just generally beat up. The item inside didn’t feel protected at all, which was frustrating because I expected at least basic packaging to be handled better.

I was a little hesitant because I didn’t want to take a chance on a paddle that might wear out quickly, and unfortunately this one didn’t really reassure me. It felt kind of weak from the start, and the pop seemed to fade fast. For the price, I’d probably be more careful and look at other options.

I tried returning something it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies took forever, and the exchange details were just not clear... like I kept having to follow up just to get basic info. It felt like I was chasing them the whole time. Probably won’t order from here again..

The shop itself seems fine. No real issue there. But the customer service was frustrating. I had to wait a while for replies, and when I finally got an answer, it didn’t really solve anything. Just kind of left me stuck. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great.

I ordered this after reading through the product details, and to be fair, most of what showed up matched the listing. But wow, a few parts had me acting like I was solving a mystery before checkout. The sizing and weight info could definitely be clearer, and some of the photos didn’t really show everything I wanted to see. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I did have to guess more than I’d like. Overall it was okay, just please give us fuller descriptions so I don’t spiral over whether I’m ordering the right thing.

Maybe I’m just impatient, but the shipping felt slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering if it was actually moving. The package did show up fine in the end, which I appreciate, but I feel like it could’ve gotten here a little faster.

I ordered a paddle and they sent me a completely different one. When I reached out, it felt like they were more interested in pointing to little policy loopholes than actually fixing the mistake. Frustrating experience overall.

I don’t usually mind paying more if something feels worth it, but this just didn’t. The prices felt way too high for what I actually got, and the quality was just okay, nothing that stood out. I kind of had that “why is this so complicated and still not that great?” reaction the whole time. For the cost, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy from here again...

Am I the only one who thought there would be more to choose from? The selection felt really small, and I had a hard time finding anything that stood out.

I was trying to buy a paddle, but the website was just really frustrating. It kept loading slowly, and the pages felt all over the place. The filters didn’t seem to do what I expected, and then the checkout part got confusing too. After a few tries, I just gave up because that whole thing wasn’t worth the hassle. Not a great shopping experience for me.
